You are what you eat... literally. The foods you consume literally become part of your being. A European study found that DNA from GMO (genetically modified organisms) corn was incorporated into those who consumed it and was subsequently passed down for several generations.

Think about that for a moment. What you eat becomes you. If you give birth even ten years later, it also becomes your children and their children and so on...

If you're thinking, "Well I'm a meat guy/gal myself, I don't have to worry about this." - you're wrong - because what they feed the animals you're consuming also becomes part of your being. You don't think they spend money on quality feed for animals that are born to be slaughtered and sold for money... do you? That would cut into their bottom line!

In some cases, the animals you consume are fed other dead animals, I'm talking cannibalism. Even how the animal is slaughtered effects your being. If an animal is slaughtered inhumanely and dies a horrible death, the negative vibrations stay with the animal and become you when eaten, as stated in The Law Of One series.

The ancients honored, loved, respected and paid tribute to the animals they hunted and they only ate enough meat to sustain their body, which is also stated in The Law Of One series.

Lets take a look at how vibrations work...

In the video below you will see table salt on a vibrating platform. When the platform vibrates on a low frequency you see sporadic chaos, this is where the potential for cancer and other life-threatening illnesses come in. When the platform vibrates on a high frequency you see beautiful snowflake like patterns form. This is where happiness, love, energy and general well being comes from. You might want to turn the volume down.

During World War II, new and untouched civilizations were discovered in Africa. These peoples never had any contact with the outside world. They lived off of organic crops and I assume most of them humanly slaughtered animals. When discovered they were found with perfect, straight, white teeth. Though they were not in need, the allies began launching food drops. The villagers were introduced to a Western diet overnight. Not knowing any better, the villagers mistook the airplanes as gods, they had never seen planes before. When the food drops stopped the villagers began to build shrines in hope that the gods would return. They built huge model airplanes out of wood thinking the planes were the gods. But the 'gods' did not return. When cameramen returned to the village after the war, their population had dropped and oral and physical health had declined.

So what does one do? Should we call our local supermarkets and find out if they are carrying GMO foods and let them know we will take our green paper elsewhere if they are? Wouldn't hurt. But even non GMO foods are compromised, they are saturated in pesticides and other toxins. Could this be where A.D.D and other learning disabilities come from?

What about buying organic? Well first off, not everyone can afford it. And secondly, I'm not sure there is such thing as organic anymore. Not with the constant rounds of chem-trails we are pounded with every day.

Chem-trails are used to modify weather. They also contain heavy metals and other chemicals that are extremely toxic to the human body. See video below...

At some point you have to stop and think, "Why are people putting toxins in our food and water supply? They know who and what you are, the problem is that you do not. They live in fear every day that you might wake up the fact that life is not about competing against your fellow man and woman in the work place. It's not about green paper and the merry-go-round of insanity that I like to call Work, Eat, Sleep & Repeat. It's not about Red State versus Blue State, liberal verses conservative, black verses white or my god verses your god.

Its about the fact that we are one unstoppable race of beings who incarnated here to learn and experience unconditional love.

I wrote in The Profit$ of Terror that the dark ones have been defeated. I honestly believe they have been. Still there is much work that needs to be done before we can experience a new and real reality. The many must wake up from the dream state they have been living in. They must understand and accept that there is so much more about this beautiful planet and Universe that we live in, and that they have absolutely nothing to be afraid of.

Knowledge must be gained and shared without fear of ridicule. We have been provided with great assistance but we still must do our part.

This planet must be and will be transformed from a killing field to Angela's Garden... the Garden of Angels.

I honestly thought I could get away with only two parts of "A Look Back At 2011", but when I woke up on Christmas morning I discovered that Santa Claus had left some more strange and unusual events... in my e-mail.

  

• December 19th, 2011 -  Yemen fishermen reported a volcanic eruption in the Red Sea. Witnesses reported lava spouting 20 - 30 meters, or 65 - 100 ft. Jebel at Tair is a known active volcano, having erupted as recently as 2007-08, when seven Yemeni soldiers were killed.

• December 21st, 2011 - Catholic news reported that, "Ancient document sheds new light on Magi story". I haven't had a chance to look into this yet but my first thought was that 'The Church' has read or heard about the most recent mind opening article by David Wilcock and they are trying to put a Catholic spin on it. Keep in mind that one of the most powerful telescopes on Earth is owned and operated by the Vatican. Also, the Vatican recently released a statement saying something to the affect of, "If life is out there, they are Gods Children and we would like to baptize them." If and when intelligent life lands and they become involved with the Vatican, you will know they are no friend of yours. Little on this planet is more evil than the Roman Catholic church.

• December 22nd, 2011 - The story from November about a metal ball that fell from space was updated. The 13 pound metallic sphere landed 480 miles north of African capitol Windhoek, leaving a 13 inch deep crater that was 12.5 feet wide. Locals heard several small eruptions a few days before the ball landed. Similar spheres have been found in Australia and Central America over the last two decades. To me, the ball looks like something you would see in a 1950's sci-fi movie. NASA and the European Space Agency have been contacted to help figure out what this sphere is. • December 24th, 2011 - The Sun goes wild and five Coronal Mass Ejections are sent flying through space, two heading towards Earth. This may frighten some people but I welcome it. I do not believe the Sun, a living being, would harm the people he gives life to. David Wilcock talks about solar flares mutating and upgrading human DNA and therefore being partly responsible for human evolution. Being that it is 2011 and most people still think voting and going to church is still useful, I feel that we are do and are in dire need of upgrades.

• December 26th, 2011 - Benjamin Fulford reports that a major power shift is taking place in Asia following the death of Kim Jung II. Fulford wrote,

"The biggest changes are happening in Japan where a series of arrests of bureaucrats, police officials and politicians has begun. One prominent casualty has been former Japanese Finance and Economy Minister Heizo Takenaka who has been arrested and is underground “vigorous questioning,” according to Japanese military intelligence sources. Takenaka is apparently singing like a canary, the sources said. If this information from highly placed sources is correct, Takenaka will be explaining why he handed over control of Japan’s commercial banks to foreign oligarchs, including the Rockefeller and Bush clans. The situation in the Korean peninsula is also now headed for the biggest change since the Korean war in the 1950’s the sources say."

In Part 2 I mentioned Hollywood and its origins. Hollywood, like Disney, is basically a mind control agency. Its purpose is to drive the agenda of the dark world elite into the minds of the masses. How many of my fellow Americans walked away from Rocky IV feeling love for the Russian people? Ask yourself, what was going on between the USA and the USSR around the time that movie came out? What about Black Hawk Down. Did you walk away from that movie thinking, 'I wish we all could all just get along."? Or were you thinking, "We need to kill those bastards!"? Let’s look at the movie Pearl Harbor and Titanic. Both of these events were tragic, but staged. The US instigated the war with Japan buy cutting off their oil supplies leaving them no choice but to attack. The US knew well in advance that the Japanese were coming and allowed that attack to happen so the American people would cry for revenge and the US could enter WWII. The Titanic; when certain bankers and politicians tried to work against the dark elite, they were invited onto the Titanic (owned by J.P. Morgan) for the historic launch of the ship that not even God himself could sink. But the ship was sunk allegedly by "a chunk of ice" and those bankers and politicians who were working against the agenda of the dark ones were murdered along with innocent men, women and children. Not to mention the documented fact that the Titanic was the twin ship to The Olympic, two identical vessels. Rather than educate the public, Hollywood spent millions on turning these two historic events into a couple of cheesy love stories. When the average female thinks about Pearl Harbor or the Titanic, they most likely think about Ben Affleck and Leo DiCaprio.

In 2011, movies about aliens and aliens attacking Earth dominated Hollywood. Battle L.A., The Green Lantern, Apollo 18, Cowboys and Aliens, Mars needs Moms, I Am Number Four, and The Darkest Hour - to name a few. What are they telling you to believe? And what will you believe if contact is made in 2012?

Benjamin Fulford has been a spokesman for an Asian Secret Society since 2007. These are the stories I remembered off of the top of my head. If you take the time and look for yourself I am positive you will find others. There is zero doubt we are living in strange times, only a madman would deny it. What does the future hold for humanity? In my opinion, it’s up to you. Will you continue to ride the merry-go-round of life as we know it and continue to accept that what you see on TV and what you are told, not taught, but told in school, is reality? Or will you open your minds and think on your own? The definition of insanity is to repeat the same behavior over and over and expect a different result. The Human Race has been in a state of insanity for hundreds of years now. It’s time to grow up. It’s time to think about why they would poison your water with fluoride, why do they poison your food with insect spray and cancer causing additives and brain killing sweeteners like aspartame. Why are they spraying us every day with heavy metals and Prozac (chemtrails) in an effort to keep us dumb and calm? Why are they so afraid to let us be free and intelligent, why the mass entertainment ?

It’s because we are not born to work, eat, sleep and repeat. We are not slaves! We are POWERFUL spiritual beings! THAT is the big secret. Shame on you if you choose TV and Facebook over the truth of whom and what you really are. Will 2012 be the year of the mass awakening?

Apparently the church has lost its way. Or maybe they just decided to go in a different direction.

We are now one year away from the highly anticipated end of the Mayan calendar. 2011 was an extraordinary year for those who were paying attention. Comet Elenin made an appearance in our Solar System as she soared with her beautiful blue glow - fulfilling the Hopi prophecy of the return of Kachina, a spirit-being in Western Pueblo cosmology and religious practices, also known as the Blue Star. It’s said that when the Blue Star returns, you will know that end times are near. It’s up to you to decide what 'end times' means. To me it means the end of life as we know it. And that's just fine by me.

Other significant events of 2011 included the earthquakes in Virginia and Colorado which were felt in the DC area and actually fractured the top of the Washington monument. For those who do not know, the Washington Monument is an obelisk which is an ancient symbol also used in Egypt that symbolizes a male erection. It is used today by the Freemasons who believe the obelisk draws powers from the gods they worship. Other obelisks around the world are located in France (The Eiffel Tower), the Vatican and the Empire state building, which is also an obelisk. Those are just a few. The DC obelisk was fractured by the quake at the very top where a pyramid sits, and this occurred on the day David Wilcock's book The Source Field Investigations was released. It was Wilcock's insiders who later informed him that the two earthquakes were caused by the removal of secret underground bases (D.U.M.B.'s) that were to be used by the World elite as they tried to cut population from 7 billion to 500 million by triggering WWIII, as stated on the Georgia Guide stones.

Introduction to Benjamin Fulford:

Benjamin Fulford is the great-grandson of George Taylor Fulford. In the early 1980's he went to Japan to study at Sophia University. After receiving a B.A. from the University of British Columbia, he returned to Japan in the mid 1980's to pursue a career in journalism. He worked in Japan as a correspondent for Knight Ridder, the International Financing Review, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun English edition, and the South China Morning Post before moving to Forbes magazine, where he worked as the Asian Bureau chief from 1998 to 2005. After leaving Forbes he wrote a series of books in Japanese. He conducted an interview with the reclusive David Rockefeller in November 2007.

If you have been following what Benjamin Fulford has been reporting since 2007, you may be aware the 2011 earthquakes that caused the tsunami in Japan were actually not earthquakes at all.

This "earthquake" was so powerful that it moved the Island of Japan by 8 feet and shifted the planet on its axis by 4 inches according to the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology in Italy. The 8.9 quake was the most powerful in Japans recorded history and the tsunami it triggered traveled across the Pacific ocean effecting 50 countries. Fulford recently reported that another triggered quake is being attempted by drilling holes in the oceans bed off the coast of Japan though success is unlikely - in my opinion. Fulford says Japan is being targeted for multiple reasons, a couple being; Japan will not give the illegal US government anymore money to start wars and hurt the planet or her people, and that Japan wants these trouble makers out of their country. They have been unwanted guests since WWII. Several attempts to silence Fulford have been made. One as recently as last week.

I have a friend that I love dearly. She is interested in a lot of things Adam writes and ‘brogs’ about but as a single mother who works hard at home as well as the office, she really does not have time to do the research. But she is very well aware that something is wrong with this world and recently told me, "I wish we met in the 50's." I use to think that way, the 50's seem like such a smooth, easy ride. But what they do not tell you in any episode of happy days, is the level of racism and separation that existed. I would also like to encourage her and others to not look/live backwards but to live in the moment and understand that everything that we are going through now is necessary so we can achieve that smooth easy ride that some of us would call the 1950's. I like to call it, The Golden Age.     

A good example of the separation and division of the human race during the 50's would be the Cold War. Forget about the music, movies and fashion of the 50's for a moment. Those, like today, are just distractions from what was really going on. WWII had just ended and the UN was born. The alleged purpose of the UN was to prevent any need for another world war, that's what the public was told. But while this massive and word wide 'peace keeping' government was being formed, the World was being divided behind the scenes and on TV and radio for all to see.

The United States, Britain, Canada, France, West Germany and the Philippines teamed up against The Soviet Union, China, Yugoslavia, Poland, and East Germany. The UN was formed to prevent war and bring the world together and already we have East vs. West. Not to mention the West Germany and East Germany or the Korean War witch technically never ended as no peace treaty was ever signed. But they did manage to divide another country in two (North and South Korea).  I'm not sure how the UN defines "peace" but it’s definitely different than mine. They were supposed to end war and what we got was more separation, more war and an arms race. I wonder how Richie Cunningham would react if he, Ralph and Potsie knew what was really going on. I know the Fonz would be pissed.

Religion also took off in the 50's. What divides greater than religion? In the 50's, 49% of Americans were affiliated with a religion and in 1954 president Dwight D. Eisenhower signed a bill that put "under God" into the pledge of allegiance, and in 1956 "in God we trust" was put on money. I do not have a problem with people choosing a religious path so long as it is based on faith and not fear of an angry God condemning you to Hell. Because if that's the case, you've been brainwashed and have no real faith to speak of. But I do have a problem with government promoting religion or encouraging it in any way. I believe that a spiritual path should be paved based on what is in ones heart. I also believe in reincarnation. So in one life you may feel that what the Christians talk about resonates with you and you become a Christian. In another lifetime you may resonate with Hinduism. Maybe after enough lifetimes you may come to the conclusion that all religions have the same basic message, to LOVE and FORGIVE. For me, its hard enough being myself and speaking my mind in the year 2011 without a bunch of religious people telling me I am going to burn in Hell. I can’t imagine what it would be like in the 1950's when government got involved and pretty much encouraged that type of behavior and division. I honestly don't think I could have survived it.

In the 1950's woman were spent most of their time in the kitchen and putting up with shit from angry husbands who were scared for life after fighting the bloodiest war in American history. A war that never needed to happen and that Big Banks funded and profited from both sides on... don't get me started. The average woman in the 50's was cut off from the outside world. They were taught by magazine and TV ads that they needed the latest kitchen gadget so they could better serve their husband and family in order to be happy. Money had much more value in those days so a woman did not have to work if she did not want to. But even if she wanted to it was for very little money and was laughed at and not seen as an equal to a man in any way. If she was lucky enough to find work, she most likely needed the approval of her husband before she could take the job. Can you imagine a black woman looking for work? Forget about it.  The first book that spoke about the frustration of the women of the 1950's did not come out until 1963. It was written in the 50's but I would think the author might have had problems getting it published being a woman and all. The book is called "The Feminine Mystique" by Betty Friedan. All MEN are created equal, one large step for Mankind... no love or respect for the ones who give birth. Well we are living in the age of the masculine energy witch is a big reason why the world is so messed up. But the good news is that the feminine energies are fast approaching.

How come Richie, Potsie, Ralph and the Fonz never hung out with black dudes? What would Mr. Cunningham say if Jonie brought home an Asian man? If you were Irish or Italian you were not safe either. Anglo (English Americans) were privileged by law. Nobody had it worse than the black man/woman but nobody got a fair shake unless they were Anglo American, nobody. To this day the U.S. is known as the Anglo American Empire, around the world. The rest of us are just guests. We do all the work and they count all the money. I believe that our bodies are just organic space suites for the human experience as we are spiritual beings having a human experience, not the other way around. To think about how painful it must have been back then to be legally hated and mistreated because of your body color. Unbelievable. I can barley deal with the level of ignorance in the world today so I'll say it again, I do not think I could have survived the 1950's.

When my friend said to me that she wished we had met in the 1950's, I understood what she meant. I love 50's love songs, so innocent, pure and genuine. But those were just songs and we still have that beautiful music today. We also have more women’s rights, more civil rights, less religious and sexual oppression and more freedom of expression. We still have the wars and ignorance to deal with for a little while longer but that just means we have not learned all of the lessons we were being taught back then. I believe that life is full of lessons to be learned and that history always repeats itself until those lessons have been learned. I do not feel like it is wise to wish for the past to return. We need to learn from it so that it never repeats itself again. Learn from the past - live in the moment, and be the change you wish to see in the world. Only then can a Golden Age be achieved.

We might even have to pump water?  What?  Say it ain’t so!  How horrifyingly grim for us!

How would we dress ourselves in the morning?  How would we even know when morning was?

Here’s a better idea:

One day we wake up, all of us, to quiet.  One day we all wake up whenever we wake up.  And we all get to work when we get there.  We do what we need to do there, within the timeframes given us that day, and then our relief takes over to continue where we left off while we travel back home to our very local house, (local, of course because transportation is our feet).  

We pull something from our garden and eat it along with the food we have in our stores.  We create heat from the fires we make.  We come together with the family gathered in our home that day.  We grow our own nourishment.  We entertain ourselves.  Music, art and words are our lives outside of the ‘work day’.  

Our ‘work day’ is basic, important and necessary to our lives beyond work.  Our ‘family’ (those who share our home), includes those non-blood relative individuals to whom we are generationally or exceptionally beholden for things like tools, experience, love, humour or any other needed aspect of life.

And we are living in the dark ages again, yet now we can see the future.  And we still choose to live without the possibility of man-made power.  

‘Cause it’s pretty good in comparison to what we have now.

The lights are still flashing before my eyes, hours later.  The clinking of money and the joyous shrieks still ring in my ears.  The effervescent conversation and the never-ending giving up of one’s wealth for the promise of more wealth still abuse my senses.  

Am I caught in the vicious circle they are caught in?  Are my abused senses crying out for more abuse?  Are they, the general public, my new community and is my new ambassador my own self’s masochism?  

I can admit, without preamble, that I COULD BE a willing participant.  I cannot engage so far into these behaviours that I become one, but I love it!  Once in a blue moon, to cruise through the carnival, can be something sublime.  And to love something sublimely, means never judging it, hating it or trying to reason it into your own way of thinking.

To put oneself out and into the open, to expose oneself through obvious need, greed, desire or what have you doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing!  Everything in moderation, right?  At the casino, moderation is key... as in life.  At first inspection most of the gamblers would seem rigidly devoted to their craft however, upon lingering observation one might see the odd, fellow, tentative player just trying it out, or just lightly gambling.

Along with the airy atmosphere, the loud windowless, clock-less place could be reminiscent of a Twilight Zone episode.  Or of a Carnival.  Night and day are the same there.  Though night time crowds are typically less reserved (as they are anywhere), and though my experiences  in casinos (two in ten years) have only been in the p.m., I would have to assume that die-hard VIP’ers live in a perpetual state of relativity at the casino, regardless of the hour.

If they’re breathing and they’re there, they’re gaming.  If they’re thirsty, there are refreshments... if they’re hungry, there is food.... if they’re tired, and there is ample oxygen to rejuvenate the senses, they’re staying.

So basically, for anyone intrigued by the whole notion but not yet given the opportunity to experience it, the casino is a wonderland, a city of sorts, ripe for the questionable and the spectator in you.  Like a playground to be played upon in all sorts of ways.  It’s like a big bar, with extra walking space, no closing times and only one distraction; gambling... oh, and there's free pop.  Gotta love the incentives :)

So I received, in the mail, my 2nd reminder census form. Obviously, I had already received my original census form and its subsequent 1st reminder. My first response, upon sifting through my daily mail and coming across this 2nd reminder saw me smile, crookedly albeit, to myself and think, ‘Wow, the envelope actually says 2nd reminder on it,’...’cause after I had dismissed the original, and then the 1st reminder, I started wondering just how many friendly ‘reminders’ they’d send me, now that it’s illegal to not fill them out in Ontario.

I should have held out a bit longer, I know, just to receive that potential 3rd reminder, but when I found the fourth phone message on my answering machine in the same number of days, I said fuck it, and filled out the online census form that night.

The phone messages were slightly more threatening than our government’s slow post friendly reminders. As I recall, the words, ‘refusal’, and ‘action’ and ‘officers’ were prominent. And so I caved, yes, I caved. My reeling thoughts about the day I had had at work, and the shift I was looking forward to the next day, not to mention the family troubles, immediate and distant, ongoing, seemed to fade into the background of priority as I looked up to the sky and closed my eyes and sighed.

Fine. I’ll fucking fill it out, I thought. Thank you, Canada. Thank you for keeping me honest! I’ll keep on working my ass off so I don’t qualify for any of your rebates...I’ll keep on shopping at the shops and patronising the economy with my piddly take-home pay, (which grows significantly smaller the more hours I work—go figure, but that’s another story) alongside those who sat in their living rooms watching Maury on their rent a centre big screens all month, and who just received double my work pay for doing so. And when ‘free’ government money comes in, for this, that or the other, like the HST ‘Transitional’ rebate that I can’t have because I guess a two income family who works 100 hours a week doesn’t spend enough of that money on items including HST to adequately justify getting a weak chunk back once in a while... I’ll be at home worrying about how I’m going to pay for my kids’ end of the year school trip and still make the bills go away, with my own dollars (you know, ‘cause I don’t qualify for Baby Bonus anymore for the same said reasons), while a good portion of my fellow Canadians are looking through the wish list catalogue of Wal-Mart goodies that they can purchase on cheque day and midnight moving from one rented shithole to the next in order to avoid paying for living once again.

Okay! I’ll fill it out! (That’s me, written form with two thumbs fucking up and sporting an enthusiastically phony, ear to ear grin). And after so much grief and urging to do so, this census thing must ask pretty important questions, so maybe it’s a good thing after all? Nope. A dozen or so questions later, half of which are so redundant an ape couldn’t misunderstand, and I’m left feeling a bit dazed. All this crazy George Orwell-esque follow up by the Canadian government on my non-compliance and I’m left thinking, hmm, did I miss something?

Did they really just waste three questions, worded differently, yet asking the same thing, as though someone would lie on the first one, but after two more badgering them to be honest, would come clean? I guess they did. Good job, Canada, you think your citizens are idiots. I feel so much better about doing what you ask now.

Did they really just ask me a dozen or so questions, most of which provide information that any given annual tax return would clearly contain? Yup. So if I am one to fill out the census, then I am probably one to file my taxes, and thus, my government already has most of this information already.

Wow, what a splendid show of useful tactics to obtain what is already had. What an insulting, oppressive event the filling out of the Ontario census actually is. What a good, solid waste of paper. What a good, solid waste of government employees’ time and energies. What a wonderful idea, for whoever decided upon it, to make this nonsense a legal obligation.

Wait, all these reasons were mine for NOT filling it out in the first place. How did that happen? No, something’s not right here...
