So I finally did it.

*Pats self on the back*

*Looks around in amazement*

*Sees that no one really cares*

*Carries on happy with himself*

Those of you who have been following for a while will know that I've been trying to multitrack video record my own music for the last few months. I'm happy to say that my work has paid off, and now it's just a matter of choosing what songs to record, and then getting some more instruments to track in the mix.

And here was my first attempt, after setting up the gear,

Here's a brief rundown on how I set everything up,

In the last Brog, Episode 79, I talked about how I was almost about to go out and pick up a Mac, because I was/am under the impression that what I'm trying to do may be easier on one. There's actually no computer in the jam room with me as I record, which makes it a bit more interesting. Like I'm giving myself an extra hurdle or something, just for the fun of it.

Ideally I'll be sharing more videos of increasing complexity and quality. Ideally. I'm planning get a keyboard and an electric guitar (or two). I'm a one man orchestra. You'll see.
